EXPERT WITNESS:An Expert Witness is someone that has actual training and experience within a given trade or specialty. An Expert Witness must have a working knowledge of construction codes, industry standards, and professional services. Christian Arbitration and Mediation has one of the most competent Expert Witness databases available, with complete coverage for all subcontractor specialties, as well as coverage to overcome most language barriers. It is the job of the Expert Witness to give honest, experienced answers to the questions at hand, and not to guess or speculate. Although Christian Arbitration and Mediation specializes in mediation, arbitration and Dispute Review Boards, in assembling the Christian Arbitration and Mediation Panel of Construction Specialists, Christian Arbitration and Mediation now has some of the most experienced and knowledgeable experts in the construction industry as part of our Expert Panel. Not only are they experienced construction experts, but through their mediation and arbitration training and experience, they have seen and learned how to be an effective and convincing expert or witness for construction-related disputes including mediation, arbitration and the litigation processes.
