Christian Arbitration and Mediation has developed an effective but streamlined process that utilizes just the mediator and the opposing parties to resolve issues. Clients may consult with their attorney prior to the NO Attorneys Zone, but just like the small claims court process, attorneys are not allowed at this meeting. If the issue has not been resolved, then the client may choose to move directly into a normal mediation process, in which attorneys are allowed. The NO ATTORNEYS ZONE, is a resolution technique developed by Christian Arbitration and Mediation, and is designed to keep the opposing parties' financial outlay to a minimum, while solving their dispute in an acceptable manner.
